It’s an interesting position all right, but I should imagine that thrusting is limited and secondly that the partner on the chair’s legs will quickly start to go numb.
Thrusting isn’t actually limited because the rider can sort of put their legs up and slide back and forth on the toy (or penis – if the genders are switched). I have been the rider and it was absolutely amazing. With that partner he also tried being the rider and loved it. I am 5’11” and 170 lbs, he was 5’9″ and I’m guessing around 150 lbs.
