Thank you for the insight into your personal lessons and struggles. The difficulties and joys, the good and the bad that all provide growth and change. I hope that on keening a type of grief here helps you grow and embrace the wonders that life has provided to you. It certainly has given me new perspectives on the things I view in my life. Thank you. Grieving in a public way is an odd combination of feeling very vulnerable and yet it is a luxury to be able to share my story with so many others, to take the charge off of it. Despite all…life is really, really good.
The wonderful adventure, memories, and times with Z reminded me of Jack Kerouac who said in Big Sur, “Ah, life is a gate, a way, a path to Paradise anyway, why not live for fun and joy and love or some sort of girl by a fireside, why not go to your desire and LAUGH…”
I think he also perfectly described the immediate sting of painful, saddening, moments in life, “One day I will find the right words, and they will be simple.”
