My beginner's webinar impresses upon you that fucking is an athletic event. Givers learn to appreciate their partners so much more when they discover precisely what it takes to fuck someone; endurance, strength, balance, and grace. So what are the best exercises for pegging givers? What will help you deliver the fucking you long to give, and your partner(s) long(s) to receive?
The Exercises
Cardio - Above all, don't neglect your cardio. Whatever gets your heart rate up, gets you struggling to get enough breath for the energy you are expending. Whether it's the treadmill, bicycle, elliptical, or whatever else works. Don't half-ass this one, it's your foundation.
Core Strength - Speaking of foundations, a strong core will take you so far in the world of pegging! Pilates, abdominals, crunches, planks and the like.
Glute Bridges - Don't forget the other side of you, though. Your glutes are your thrusting muscles. Strong glutes will put more power in your thrust...and your ass will look fine, too!
Kettlebell Swings - Again, the glutes. Kettlebell swings target your glutes, hamstrings, hips and core. Think powerful thrusts, flexible hips and the butt muscles to back it all up!
Hip Thrusts - Targeting the glutes, hamstrings and lower back - all essential for effective, powerful, and prolonged thrusting. Add weight for stronger thrusts!
Adult Exercise Hoops - So that takes care of strength, but what about flexibility? That beautiful loose swing of the hips can be learned. Exercise hoops are excellent for loosening up stiff hips and learning the basic fucking motion.
That's the basics, but don't neglect your arms. In some positions you might be holding yourself up, or holding your partner's legs. Remember to include arm exercises for pegging givers, too.
Why Should I Do All This?
I know, I know. This sounds like a lot of work! It is. AND it is the very best thing you can do for your mind, heart, and body, not just for pegging your partner(s). Consequently, you will walk around in the world more comfortably and happily when you are fit. Especially if you have a few years on you like I do.

Doing those lower body exercises while keeping your shoes off is also great for posture and strength!
