Interesting idea with the dildo. The easiest approach would be to use something similar to the “Pop” system, where ejaculate from an earlier play session is loaded into a syringe or bulb and injected at the correct time. If you’re talking a dildo that injects the ejaculate as the dildo wearer ejaculates it there are a couple problems, all concerned with capturing and injection. A short catheter could be an option, but I wouldn’t recommend it because of the risks of UTI either from the catheter itself or from something pushed back up the urethra. That leaves what the author described, a funnel type system, but you would need to have a pump to move the fluid along (and ideally just the fluid and no air). A squeeze bulb type pump might be the easiest, but then the dildo wearer would have to squeeze it as they ejaculated. An electric one would be more clumsy, but offers other potential, such as perhaps pumping the fluid into a pressure chamber that could be released as desired. Sadly either one of these is going to be more difficult to keep clean.
