Dear Ruby, I have written you before and have always enjoyed your answers. I have another question for you. On December 7th I made an order through velvet nest for a harness for my girlfriend. The only thing I got was a confirmation number from PayPal. I have emailed the velvet nest company now three times and not received any reply from them. Do you know if they are still in business? If so do you know how I could get in touch with them? If I can’t get an answer from them I will be forced to contact PayPal and get a reimbursement. My patience is beginning to wear thin. I emailed them and let them know that if this is the kind of customer service they offer it really doesn’t matter what kind of product they have – I cannot recommend them. Waiting to hear back. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask for a paypal reimbursement.
